Using a TerraP grounding mat is easy! Simply place the mat on a flat, dry surface and place your skin on the mat.
Sleeping on it can be great as you have many hours while your body is resting, restoring and recharging where you’re connected to the earth. You may experience deeper sleep, vivid dreaming and refreshed wakening.
You may also use it under your feet at your desk, or under your keyboard and mouse while you work.
It doesn’t really matter how or where you use it so long as you have direct skin contact.
You can use the mat for as little or as long as you like, depending on your needs and schedule. Some people find it helpful to use the mat first thing in the morning or before bed, while others use it throughout the day as needed.
